  Detailed_Description : The Ministry of Education is requesting submissions to provide Speech Language Pathology services for the following Demonstration Schools:1.Trillium Demonstration School, Milton ON.2.Sagonaska Demonstration School, Belleville ON.3.Amethyst Demonstration School, London ON.
  Scope of Work : The Vendor shall: •Meet the scheduled requirements in providing speech language services once per week at each Demonstration School, for a total of three (3) days per week. The Vendor is expected to deliver services at all three sites.•Meet the reporting requirement of submitting monthly invoices to the Ministry for payment processing. •Ensure any absences or rescheduling of services are discussed with the Ministry Representative. •Ensure Speech Language Pathologist(s) meet with school teachers, principals and other educational support staff on a bi-monthly basis, at minimum, and additionally as determined by the Speech Language Pathologist(s) in consultation with school personnel. These meetings will provide instruction on strategies and practices to be adopted in the classroom to support speech-language interventions and student success. •Meet with the Ministry Representative to discuss issues and other terms and conditions of the Contract on a schedule to be mutually determined. •Ensure that all student documentation and record retention related to services provided under the Contract comply with the prescribed standards and protocols of professional practice as outlined by the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). The PDSB intends to acquire speech language pathology services to be in place by July 1, 2026
