Description : The TVO media content archive is managed by the Masstech MassStore software application. TVO employs a SpectraLogic T950V Library with seven LTO-7 half-height drives to perform the work assigned by MassStore. The library was purchased three years ago with a three-year support agreement which is expiring May 31, 2021. As such, TVO is looking for a quote to renew support for the library, both hardware and software. Please provide a quote for the following: One-year SpectraGuard NBD Day On Site Services and 5x9 telephone/email support for start date June 1, 2021 T950V, 950 slots, S/N 1802C04 BlueScale Software Support 7 LTO-7 Drives The vendor must be a SpectraLogic Partner and be authorized to resell SpectraLocic support agreements.
