- The City of Camden (“City”) desires to appoint an attorney or firm to provide legal counsel to the City of Camden for matters concerning the City-s water and sewer system and operations and maintenance contract for same. Proposers must have experience representing municipalities in matters related to municipal-owned water and/or sewer systems and related environmental issues including negotiating and interpreting contracts with third party water and/or sewer system operators Proposers must demonstrate knowledge and experience in the above areas of law. Proposers must also demonstrate knowledge and experience with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including, among others, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the Environmental Protection Agency.
