- Submissions marked "COR-6849 Speakers' Corner Drainage Renewl Project Phase I" (subject line) will be received by the City of Regina, Procurement Branch via email, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The solicitation describes a requirement for an Engineering consulting firm to complete and deliver the options analysis and conceptual design for the Speakers' Corner Drainage Renewal Project.
