Description:
Mechanical Site Preparation on an estimated 235.1 ha within the Okanagan Columbia Business Area in the North Zone.

Work will involve Mechanical Screefing for the purposes of site preparation to remove Rhododendron competition, create plantable spots, and enable tree planting success. Treatment units in Schedule B-1 payment are estimates only, payment will be based on actual treated ground verified by ministry representative for final payment.

Contractor must confirm work progress plan before starting work/treatment unit. All work is to be completed no later than October 31, 2025, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Contract Coordinator.

The Contractor must be able to supply a 38,000 to 45,000 lb. minimum size excavator. The all found price includes attachments needed for screefing within the contracts schedule B-1.
