Tender are invited for Southeast Substation Safety Enhancement Project
Project Description : ENMAX Power Corporation is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to:• Construct a new building (MV AIS and Protection & Control Building) to house new MV AIS, substation protection and control, SCADA, telecommunication equipment, and all other associated equipment on the existing site enclosed by the existing fence,• Conflict relocation to accommodate the new MV switchgear building and outgoing distribution feeders,• Coordinate installation of new 15kV class arc-resistant air-insulated switchgear (“AIS”),• Re-terminate six 13.8kV distribution feeders at No. 32 Substation,• Installation and modification of all substation protection and control, SCADA, telecommunication, and associated equipment, • Decommission and demolish the existing control building, • Decommission and salvage the existing medium-voltage outdoor switchgear, and• Reclamation of the work site. This RFP may result in a single-scope contract for the Work described.
