Conduct mechanized vegetation treatment to apply a shelterwood prescription on 28 hectares of forest land as per the scope of work. The project is located south-east of Whitehorse at km154 of the South Klondike Highway as part of the South Klondike Fuelbreak.
This RFP is a second stage procurement following RFQ 2025-1-4154 Request for Qualifications to Provide Mechanized and Non-Mechanized Fuel Treatment Services. For greater certainty, this includes respondents added the Prequalification List through RFQ-2025-8-4675. Only Proponents that have pre-qualified through this RFQ process or any subsequent onboarding process released under the same terms can submit a Proposal on this RFP.
Any Potential Proponent who is not pre-qualified at the Closing Time of this RFP, will not be considered for this procurement.
