**NOTE: Proponents will be required to attend a mandatory site tour of the Premises scheduled for January 14th, 2022 at 1:30 PM PT, 1 Hospital Way, Victoria, BC, V8Z6R5**
The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified vendor(s) to offer and run a Coffee Kiosk serving ambulatory in-patients, out-patients, students, staff, physicians, volunteers, visitors, and suppliers frequenting the Victoria General Hospital Site.
Preference will be given to Proponents that offer solutions that are uniquely different with an emphasis on health/healthy concepts and local products.
This space does not support in-house baking or cooking and will be for the operation of a kiosk-style food concept. Preference will be given to Proponents offering items such as a variety of hot and cold coffee/espresso drinks, fruit smoothies, and an assortment of fresh pastries, a small variety of snack items, premade hot food, and bottled beverages.
