Description:
This request for proposal (RFP) is distributed with the intent to procure a qualified consultant to lead a multi-phase project to develop a new website for SEHU.Objectives include: Development of a minimally viable product website by September 30, 2025 (Phase 1) Development of a fully functional website by March 31, 2026 (Phase 2). The final website must be developed using standard WordPress conventions that allow the SEHU content team to manage and update all aspects of the site independently post-launch.The scope of services would broadly include: Development of a workplan to meet objectives and timelines Discovery and planning with the project team to confirm required and preferred website features Front-end and back-end development, including development of wireframe for website structure and layout CMS integration Testing and quality assurance Training and documentation to support a smooth transition Short-term post-launch support for bug fixes and stabilization only; no long-term maintenance contract is expected
