Description:
The Municipality of Clarington (Municipality) is seeking a qualified company to complete site servicing and earthworks at the new South Bowmanville Recreation Centre, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein. The scope of work for this Contract includes:
Earthworks to prepare the site to the identified pre-grade elevations including cut/fill operations, stockpiling of materials, transitional sloping, etc.Site dewatering as required to facilitate earthworks operationsInstallation of new storm sewer and appurtenances Installation of road cross culvert and headwallsInstallation of new sanitary sewer and appurtenances Local watermain abandonment including removal and replacement of service connectionsInstallation of new watermain and appurtenancesPartial removal and restoration of Green Road and Baseline Road to accommodate servicing extensions / connections.Decommissioning and removal of existing facility entrance and roadwaySubdrain installationPreparation of road subgradeAssociated erosion protection / control, and tree protection
