Summary Details:
BC Assessment is requesting information from interested parties for a sourcing solution. At this time, BC Assessment is interested in obtaining information from vendors who can provide a sourcing solution that can integrate with Workday, the existing Enterprise Resource Planning solution.
The intention of this Request for Information (RFI) is to:
- Communicate to the vendor community BC Assessment's interest in procuring a sourcing solution;
- Gather information to build BC Assessment's understanding of features and functionalities available within potential solutions;
- Gather information to assist BC Assessment's understanding of how best to integrate the solution within our existing architecture;
- Gather information that could assist BC Assessment in the development of a future procurement process;
- Determine ballpark pricing to be used for budgetary purposes; and
- Determine the level of market interest, and at BC Assessment's discretion, individually meet with vendors that are interested in demonstrating how the proposed
solution meets the requirements defined in Section 5, remotely via WebEx. BC Assessment anticipates conducting demonstrations during the week of November 22, 2021.
