MERX ADREQUEST FOR SOURCE LIST Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting contractors to apply to be placed on a quick response contractor source list to provide "as and when required" professional services related to fall arrest systems as required by the Department of National Defence, at CFB Bagotville (Qc). DCC plans to establish a source list for services related to the inspection, certification and minor repairs of fall arrest systems. The requested services may include assessing existing fall protection systems, determining the required efforts to prepare plans for various systems, sealing as-built drawings, designing new systems or modifying existing ones, as well as preparing certification and/or inspection reports for each system. Annual inspections and other related tasks may also be required, in accordance with applicable standards for this type of specialized work. Only contractors with offices within 75 km of CBF Bagotville (3rd Wing, CFB Bagotville, Building 62 - Ottawa Street, Alouette (QC) G0V 1A0) will be considered for inclusion in a source list. NOTE: If a firm or any other associated company as defined in section 256 of the Income Tax Act ((1985, c. 1 (5th supp.), has more than one office or division within the radius mentioned above, only one office or division may apply for inclusion in a source list.
