- The Town of Altona is accepting tenders for the provision of solid waste curbside collection services in the Town of Altona to serve all low volume properties within the Town of Altona municipal boundaries.The tender will be for a period of five years starting January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2030. Bidders are to provide a detailed fee schedule, as applicable. Annual fee adjustments are provided for within the proposed contract.The successful bidder is to provide services with a collection vehicle that can accept any type of container, including wheeled carts or totes.
