Colliers Project Leaders is seeking the Services of an Architect The scope of work for the Prime Consultant/Functional Programmer is to review and analyse two sites and develop two (2) Master Plan Concepts for each of the SOLGEN provided shortlisted sites. The two sites are identified as the Ontario Correctional Institute (OCI), for expansion, located at 109 McLaughlin Road S, Brampton, ON., and the Former Guelph Correctional Centre, for a potential new build, located at 785 York Road, Guelph, ON.The Prime Consultant (Master Planner) is expected to provide a broad range of architectural, engineering, design, planning, estimating, and other specialized services to deliver a Master Plan.The Master Planner is expected to complete and cover the following items via this study project:1) Collect all existing data on shortlisted sites. 2) Complete site analysis.3) Complete functional programming (delineate land uses, establish building size, stacking, blocking, massing, and parking requirements.4) Develop Masterplan concepts for each shortlisted site provided by IO/SolGen. (2 feasibility options for each site will be required). 5) Establish logical phasing timeline.6) Establish an overall master schedule.7) Present complete budget.8) Present and review the master plan concepts with the stakeholders.9) Incorporate comments and complete the final Master Plan for each of the sites.10) Review due diligence reports provided by IO for two shortlisted sites and incorporate findings in the ...
