Please note that this Invitation to Tender has been amended to answer the following potential bidder(s) question(s):

Q1: 2.1.2.4 Controller shall be supplied with a wireless presence sensor to detect traffic. Question - Is true presence detection required or is a Microwave Traffic Sensor acceptable?

A1: Units are not required to have sensors. If units include a sensor, please ensure it is a presence type and not a movement type. Movement may be blocked with the existing set ups.

SCOPE
This tender is for the supply and delivery of Solar Powered Radio Signal-Controlled, Extendable Traffic Lights to be used for highway maintenance and construction activities in the Province of New Brunswick. Mobile units required on behalf of the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meet the requirements detailed within the specifications of the tender.

Upon award, the successful vendor is asked to contact the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure for final delivery notice.

DELIVERY DATE AND PRICE
