Please be advised that this Invitation to Tender has been amended to answer the following potential bidder (s) question:

Q1: Would 3M reflective film for the outer coating of the beacon be acceptable?
A1: No

Q2: Would a solar engine with a natural finish be acceptable?
A2: No

Q3: Would a solar engine, with a removable cover held in place by torx bits, for battery replacement be acceptable?
A3: No

Q4: Clause 2. 1 requires P.Eng stamped electrical drawings. As our solar powered flashing beacons have low voltage (9-36V) and represents a very low risk, we do not see the necessity for certified drawings. Please advise if drawings can be submitted without a stamp.
