SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender is for an Estimated Quantity Contract for the supply and delivery of Solar Powered Flashing Beacon Systems on an as and when required basis.
This contract will be for a one (1) year term from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 with the option to renew for one (1) additional one (1) year term upon agreement by both parties.
The estimated quantity to be ordered per year is 40.
OPTION YEAR PRICING
Pricing will be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index (CPI).

SUBMITTALS
Bidders are requested to submit electrical drawings as per Section 2 in the attached specifications.
Bidders are requested to provide warranty/guarantee information as per Section 6 in the attached specifications.
DELIVERY
Upon receipt of an Official Order, goods are to be delivered FOB to, the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Supply Depot, 119 Currie Avenue, Fredericton, NB, E3A 9H9.
