Description:
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne to prospective bidders to submit bids for Soils Testing for Operations and Maintenance, on behalf of the NPPC, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The participating NPPC Agencies committed at this time for this ITT are listed below:

Bidders who are currently under contract to provide the services described herein, or who are currently performing work for the City or other NPPC agencies must also respond to this ITT to be considered for future work assignments.
