Description:
The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide the Deliverables: The successful Proponent will conduct a Soil Chemical Quality Assessment to support the development of a Soil Management Plan (SMP) for excavation activities associated with road, landscape, and utility upgrades along Nigel Avenue between Nigel Gate and the Lochside Trail in Saanich, B.C.
