Software - Scheduling Risk Assessment Tool (SRAT)
GSIN: N7030
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the supply of two (2) perpetual software licences to perform Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA). The software must have the following key capabilities:
Directly import native project schedule data from the following scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera and Deltek Open Plan.Perform schedule Monte Carlo analysisPerform schedule health analysisDND also requests access to software training, maintenance and consultation services.
Applicable Trade Agreements:
Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
There will be no set-aside for aboriginal businesses. This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Security Requirements: This contract does not include a security requirement.
It is DND-s intention to award a single contract for this requirement.
Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.
The basis of selection shall be the compliant Bidder that offers the lowest-cost compliant proposal.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.
