Description:
The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit proposals for a social monitoring, analysis, publishing, and listening platform. See Statement of Work (Section C) for detailed requirements. This platform will be utilized by Destination Canada to provide our marketing and analytics teams with valuable information on our brand performance, including engagement, insights, sentiment, relevant conversations, and content trends.
As part of Destination Canada-s work to promote Canada to the world and gain insight into our audience and our brand-s relevance, we are looking for a tool that provides us with:
•Thorough reporting and insights into our social channels;
•Tracking of relevant conversations online to provide us with our brand-s social sentiment;
•The ability to curate relevant content; and
•Provide analysis of influencers and competitors within the tourism space.
