- Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location mentioned above.The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $ 2,775,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year period and increased in the order of $ 2,775,000.00 for each additional period. The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 200,000.00.This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).Questions regarding this solicitation are to be directed ONLY to the point of contact identified in this advertisement.
