- Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” Building mechanical contractor services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the Montréal Garrison, the St-Hubert site and the Montréal and Laval armouries.The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $ 350,000 for a period of one (1) year with a possibility of one (1) additional one-year period. (Maximum value of $ 700,000). Individual call-up should not exceed $ 100,000.THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS SECURITY REQUIREMENTSThe selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
