Description:
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the “Township”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Snow Removal & Surface Treatment as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The intent of this Request for Quotations is to establish a contract for the supply of snow removal and surface treatment services for two (2) Loyalist Township locations. These locations are WJ Henderson Recreation Centre located at 322 Amherst Drive and the Leisure Activity Centre, Amherstview Community Hall and Sharing Centre located at 177 Upper Park Road.
This work includes, but is not limited to, snow clearing, snow removal and application of traction control materials.
The level of service being requested will vary from lot to lot and is outlined under the Scope of Work for each location. The Township will reserve the right to make changes to the level of service and requirements throughout the term of the contract.
The service provided in all locations must include all proper equipment, materials and labour required to complete the job to the satisfaction of the Township.
