- The City of Thunder Bay requires Snow Plowing/Piling and Sanding of various Parking Lots owned and operated by the City of Thunder Bay. The City will reserve the right to make changes to the level of service and requirements throughout the term of the contract and any subsequent renewals.
The service provided in all locations must include all necessary equipment, tools, materials, and labour required for a complete and proper job to the total satisfaction of the City.
