Description:
1.2 INTENT.1 Intent of this Tender call is to obtain an offer to perform the following Scope: .1 Remove existing Building Automation System (BAS) in its entirety, replace all components with new BACnet MS/TP BAS complete with new field devices, controllers, wiring, and head unit. Reuse all existing wiring and have LG representative test variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system. New BAS shall be one of COTB-approved brands and shall adhere to all stipulations in provided Contract Documents. Configure new systems per sequences of operation provided. .2 Provide separate pricing for both items as described in this Specification and on Design Drawings. .3 Refer to Design Drawings and Technical Specifications Package herein for a complete description of the scope of Work. .4 Acceptable BAS systems for this project shall be: .1 Distech Eclypse .2 Reliable Controls Mach System .3 Johnson Controls Facility Explorer .4 Delta enteliWEB
