The City of Boynton Beach is inviting creative and innovative proposals for the operation of the Snack Bar Concessionaire at Boynton Beach Oceanfront Park. Through this Term Contract Request for Proposal (RFP), the City seeks to enhance the visitor experience by partnering with forward-thinking concessionaires who can bring fresh, dynamic concepts that reflect the park-s scenic beachfront setting. The goal is to offer high-quality food and beverage options that appeal to a wide range of beachgoers while fostering a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Applicants are encouraged to propose ideas that emphasize sustainability, community engagement, and exceptional service, ensuring that the park remains a premier destination for both residents and visitors.
Boynton Beach Oceanfront Park, located at 6415 North Ocean Boulevard in Ocean Ridge, Florida, 33435, averages approximately 17,500 patrons per month. The awarded concessionaire will be responsible for supplying and operating food and beverage services within the snack bar facility under a four-year contract, with the option for one additional four-year renewal unless terminated earlier. Throughout the contract term, the concessionaire will be expected to provide consistent, customer-oriented service, offering quality food and beverage items at reasonable rates and with prompt, courteous service.
Under the Scope of Services, the City is seeking proposals from qualified concessionaires with the experience and capability to successfully operate this facility. The successful proposer, referred to as the Concessionaire or Operator, will play a key role in delivering a snack bar that not only meets operational standards but also contributes to the vibrancy and appeal of Boynton Beach Oceanfront Park.
