- Description:
- The Vending Machine product to be sold is limited to the following: Snacks - potato Chips, Chocolate Bars, Nutritional Bars, Energy Bars, Packaged Snacks; Confectionary items - Packaged gum, Packaged Lozenges, Packaged Mints; and Beverages - Soft Drinks, Sports Drinks, Bottled Water, Energy Drinks, Hot Beverage Product. The Vendor will ensure that the forms of payment accepted including coins, bills and electronic debit and credit cards. The Vendor and the City will mutually agree on the menu for the Vending Machines and the prices shall be clearly posted for the information of the general public. The Vendor will promptly comply with the City-s reasonable demands that quality of the items is improved or the quantity of these items be increased. The City reserves the right to implement policies excluding the sales of certain items or products during the term of this agreement and the Vendor shall abide by such policy.
