This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the work that involves the installation of a new IRMA roof assembly (B Building Southeast Roof Replacement). The existing assembly is to be removed down to the structural concrete deck, and a new two-ply modified bitumen roof membrane installed. The membrane assembly is to be completed with drainage layer, extruded polystyrene, geotextile fabric, sheet metal, and ballast. Project Start Date is June 28, 2024, with the Ready for Take Over date being September 27, 2024.
