- Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions is seeking responses from qualified Consulting Firms that have the capacity and expertise to provide: Interior Workspace Design Services including but not limited to: Design Development and Contract AdministrationThe design services and project management services are to support the refurbishment of the office space located at 60 Bell Farm Road, Barrie, Ontario. The current scope is a renovation to the space occupied by SMFC in the 60 Bell Farm Road building, (approx. 40,000 sq ft). This space includes family visit and welcome space and office workspace. The desire is to significantly reduce office workspace occupied by SMFC and create new suites for future tenants.
