ONLINE BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY*
The City of Burlington seeks Tender submissions from qualified Nurseries for the supply and delivery of small stock (1 to 3-gallon) trees and shrubs for naturalized and community planting activities.
The initial term for this contract will be from the date of award (approximately April 2025) to December 15, 2025, with up-to four (4) optional extensions of one-year each.
Successful bidders will be expected to fulfill at least six (6) deliveries in 2025 with three (3) deliveries required for April 2025. Subsequent orders and deliveries may be required throughout the growing / planting season as required.
In order to be successful, the Bidder must meet all of the following mandatory requirements. Bid(s) not meeting one or more of the following mandatory requirements will be disqualified:
The bidder shall be a member of the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA).
The nursery location and the plant material must have been grown within 50km of the City of Burlington.
