In order to facilitate projects, Black & McDonald Limited maintains a list of Subcontractors and Professional Consulting Firms that they can call upon to deliver small projects. Black & McDonald is pre-qualifying Firms to expand their pool of capable firms who will be invited to bid on various project opportunities valued between $5,000 and $300,000. Black & McDonald Limited reserves the right to add or remove firms from the list as more firms obtain clearances or others expire.
