Black & McDonald Limited is pre-qualifying companies to establish a pool of capable Contractors who will be invited to bid on various project opportunities and repairs on behalf of Defence Construction Canada (DCC) through Black & McDonald.The required works will be carried out at the CFS St John-s facilities located in St. John-s, Newfoundland. Qualified Contractors will be invited to bid on opportunities on an ad hoc basis throughout the year by Black & McDonald.Black & McDonald is seeking submissions from Contractors that hold valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of RELIABILITY issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorates (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). The Contractors- personnel requiring access to sensitive work sites must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of RELIABILITY STATUS or greater as required, granted, or approved by CISD/PWGSC.Service requirements may include, but are not limited to: General Contracting Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems Plumbing Systems Electrical Systems Cranes and Lifting Systems Generators Door Systems and Gates Fire Detection and Suppression Systems Solid and Hazardous Waste Disposal Roads and Grounds Services Security and Access Control Systems Hazmat Response Environmental Services (Identification, Consulting Services, Hazardous material remediation, Indoor Air Quality, Soil Testing) Pest Control/Management Roofing, Siding, Cladding, Skylights...
