Description:
The City is seeking qualified Small Equipment Repairs, Materials and Rental Service Providers to submit their hourly rates and applicable information in accordance with this Request for Supplier Qualifications document. The intent of the RFSQ is to create a Roster of qualified Mechanics/ Contractors to supply labour, equipment, materials, and service necessary to perform small equipment repairs, supply materials and rentals on an as required and emergency basis on various City owned equipment.
The following is a sample listing of the various types of services, which will be required during this Contract:• Chain Saws - 13” to 36”;• String Weed Trimmers;• Brush Cutters, Clearing Saws;• Handheld and Backpack Blowers;• Edge Trimmers;• Turf Groomers;• Push Lawn Mowers;• Snow Blowers;• Sod Cutters;• Water Pumps 1” to 3”;• Tampers;• Generators - 1,500 Watt to 4,000 Watt.
This is not an all-inclusive list. Other types of repairs may be required.
The Service Provider must be within a twenty-five (25) kilometre radius of the City-s Service Centre (3200 Stanley Avenue, Niagara Falls, ON, L2E 6S4).
