- The Northern Settlement of Sled Lake-s community hall kitchen requires demolition, disposal, and a new reheat kitchen built. The community hall is located on lot MR3, block 4, plan 102076310 within the settlement. The new kitchen addition is to be built in the same location as the current kitchen. The kitchen and deck are to be built according to the supplied engineered drawings. The engineered drawings are for an RTM build. The option for an on-site build is available, but it needs to generally follow the provided layout. Any deviation from the drawings must be approved by the District Public Works Manager before the change.
