Notice is hereby given by South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority ("TransLink") and British Columbia Rapid Transit Company Ltd. ("BCRTC") of its intent to contract with Cartel Communication Systems Inc. ("Cartel") for Phase 2 (Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Antenna Replacements). Cartel was the successful Proponent of a Request for Proposal (Doc2919212695) issued March 13, 2019. However, BCRTC was unable to proceed with the Optional Phase 2 during 2020 due to COVID-19 related events. This notice to contract is provided for administrative purposes only.
