Description : STES invites Proposals, through this RFP, for the supply and installation of 34 (this number may change based on need and funding) homes to replace those lost during the 2023 Wildfire. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a Preferred Proponent(s) that STES can work with to develop the 34 temporary houses. To be clear, these houses could include a mix of the following: Modular structures Pre-fabricated structures Note that all the units will be constructed at one of several locations on Quaaout IR # 1.Once the Preferred Proponent(s) has been chosen they will work with STES to identify a final scope of work that the Preferred Proponent(s) will deliver.The Preferred Proponent(s) will subsequently enter into an agreement with STES to become the Prime Contractor for this project, as defined by WorkSafe BC. Key elements of this project involve timing, quality, and cost.
