    Description : 4-Aug-22 Identify, Decommission and Demolish existing construction/ features at the Boeing Toronto Limited site for final turnover/ transference to Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA). Boeing Toronto Limited 2740 Derry Road East, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada The scope of work for execution of demolition shall constitute: The Land parcel consists of (a), a decommissioned site that was previously leased to Transalta for power generation and (b), an Electrical Load Centre. The decommissioned Transalta Plant used for power generation was demolished in 2020, however a thorough investigation/ survey is needed to identify/ locate any unremoved below grade construction that may qualify for removal and demolition. Other construction features that may require demolition are listed below under the Summary of Works section. The D&C Contractor shall be responsible/ act as the custodian for site throughout the duration of the project. Remove underground containments/ utilities such as concrete cable-duct bank, abandoned gas lines, manholes and other related underground infrastructure etc... across the site Please refer to attached SOW.
