• This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation. (“Owner”) to prospective contractors to submit proposals for parking lot & site upgrades and associated separate prices for exterior envelope refresh and,mechanical upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).The work is being done in four clusters of two storey townhouses at 185, 187, 189 Watt Street and 421 Thames Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. Work site location will be fully occupied during construction.CPPD is administering this RFP process.
