Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Parks and Trails Branch (“ECC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for clearing and grubbing work in advance of new roadway construction as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).The work is being done on the Hecla Road between Hecla Village and Gull Harbour Resort at the north end of Hecla Island Provincial Park, Manitoba. The work site location will be partially occupied during construction with road traffic.Procurement Services is administering this RFP process on behalf of ECC.
