- Silvera for Seniors is formally requesting bids for the construction of the Dementia Friendly Garden at it's Beaverdam Commons seniors community in Calgary.The nature of the construction project will entail removal of existing site features / amenities / landscaping, minor grading revisions, construction of concrete walkways and patios, construction of new site amenities, new landscaping, installation of new irrigation, and light fixture replacement.The successful bidder will be required to enter into a CCDC2 (2020) Stipulated Price Contract.
