Tender Details SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply and delivery of Galvanized Metal Sign Posts and Anchors as described within the specifications.
SPECIFICATIONS
All the Items listed below shall be manufactured from 12-gauge (.105) strip steel structural quality.
Post and anchors shall each be made from on piece of steel.
All items are to be hot dipped galvanized to C.S.A. Standard G-146M coating.
Posts must be hot dipped galvanized after all cutting and punching of holes are completed.
Posts, anchors and sleeves are to be complete with 1.11cm (7/16") diameter holes, 2.54cm (1") on center.
Holes are to run the entire length of all four sides.
CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Compliant bids will be evaluated based upon the lowest total price bid that meets the specifications listed within this document. Vendors shall be able to meet the required specifications detailed within the Item Description below.
HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
Vendors are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE--the price for a single product within the Tender Item--under the 'Unit Price Including Discount' column. Vendors should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'.
