Description:
As part of the Khalsa Day Parade event logistics and wayfinding strategy, we require the provision and management of temporary sidewalk signage to clearly direct attendees to parking areas and shuttle services.The scope of work includes: Provision of ten (10) sidewalk signs for event use Design and display of clear, visible messaging indicating parking directions and shuttle service information Delivery, placement, and secure installation of signage at designated locations Removal of all signage following the conclusion of the eventAll signage locations will be predetermined, and a detailed map identifying exact placement points will be provided in advance. Vendors will be responsible for ensuring accurate placement in accordance with the provided plan.All signs must be durable, weather-resistant, and designed for high visibility in outdoor, high-traffic environments. Messaging should be clear, legible, and easily understood by a large and diverse audience.Installation must be completed prior by 7PM on May 2 to ensure signage is in place before peak attendee arrival. Vendors must also ensure that signage is securely installed to prevent movement or hazards during the event. Signage taken down after 8PM on May 3.
