- Sterling Avenue is located within the City of Clarence-Rockland. A new 400m long concrete sidewalk along the west side of Sterling Avenue between Silver Lane and Dr. Corbeil Boulevard is to be constructed in this project.
The works involves a new 1.8m wide concrete sidewalk behind the existing curbs, providing new pedestrians crossing ramps with TWSI-s and removing of existing concrete spillway along the roadway.
