Description : The general works include, but are not limited to: Site Preparation, grading and general earthworks including the import of up to 50,000 m3 of material. Supply and installation of sand based natural turf athletic fields including 2 slo-pitch fields and 2 soccer fields. Supply and installation of electrical works including site servicing and field lighting to 4 athletic fields. Supply and installation of curb & gutter, standard and reinforced concrete with special finish treatments, and granular walkways. Supply and installation of water servicing infrastructure including pipe, valves, appurtenances, and connection to existing adjacent infrastructure. Supply and installation of storm and sanitary infrastructure including pipe, catch basins, and connection to existing adjacent infrastructure. Supply and installation of sanitary pipe and connection to existing adjacent infrastructure. Supply and install coordination for a pre-cast fieldhouse building, splash park, and playground equipment. Supply and installation of irrigation at sport fields and amenity areas. Supply and installation of chain-link backstop, fencing, and fabricated player shelters.
