PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK: Pre-Tender of Mechanical Equipment for 622-CP2405 Interior Upgrades at Sacred Heart Catholic School, 434 John Street, Port Lambton, ON.
Pretender will be for the procurement of four (4) packaged rooftop units with natural-gas heating and DX cooling. All units will incorporate energy recovery and are to contain roof curbs. Main project tender is slated for February 2024, with construction completed in the Summer of 2024. Successful rooftop unit supplier to coordinate with successful installing contractor, once engaged. Delivery of the units to the site will need to be coordinated with successful contractor but for the purposes of this pretender cannot be any later than August 1, 2024. - Documents:
