The Corporation of the Town of Oakville (the town or the Owner) invites tenders for construction services described as: The provision of construction services to carryout shoreline protection construction at Shorewood Promenade. Shoreline improvements will include construction of approximately 110m of armourstone toe revetment below the shoreline bluff. The bluff is also home to an active Bank Swallow bird colony which are designated as Threatened under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and Species at Risk Act (SARA). All necessary approvals to carry out the works from the MECP, MNRF, DFO and Conservation Halton have been obtained.
