Description:
The Rural Municipality of Souris Valley No. 7 is accepting tenders for a General Contractor to aid in the finishing of an RM shop and the new construction of an office/lunch room addition onto the shop. Currently, the RM has built a 70- x 88- shop but it remains unfinished. The RM is needing to build and finish an addition for an office/lunch room that is 25- x 30- onto the 70- x 88- shop. The RM has stamped and finalized blueprints that the RM is able to email at your request (the companies that designed and stamped the drawings for both buildings are available for any and all questions). The RM requires the General Contractor to organize and hire all the trades required to completely finish the existing unfinished shop as well as the new addition, including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, all interior finishes, etc (the concrete has already been awarded) they will also work closely with PBI (building inspectors) in the process. When submitting the tender for this project, please provide a detailed break down with the dollar amounts and a proposed start and completion timeline of each trade required.
