- Tender are invited for Trade Agreement: CETA / CFTATendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or servicesCompetitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower BidComprehensive Land Claim Agreement: NoNature of Requirements: 1.Requirement.The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 34,900 Tshirt, crested, blue, male and female in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-342 dated 2019-11-26 and viewing sample.The requirement includes a requirement for "as and when requested" flexible stock and Special Sizes up to 5,100 tshirts which can be ordered within 48 months of contract award.The Specification can be found attached to the Request for Proposal (RFP).The RCMP viewing sample will only be available to bidders that are requested to submit a pre-award sample.This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)This requirement is limited to Canadian Goods (See CFTA, Article 503, paragraph 4).The responsive bid with the lowest total evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract only).Delivery Date: Above-mentionedThe Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
