Marine Atlantic Inc.Request for Proposal #305-347-025 Ship Mooring Services - Argentia, NLMarine Atlantic Inc. (“MAI”) invites offers from Suppliers for ship mooring services in Argentia, NL.Marine Atlantic Inc. (“MAI”) is seeking a Supplier to provide mooring boat services in Argentia, NL during the sailing season June 1 to September 30 (the “Sailing Season”) during the term of the Agreement. The Supplier will provide mooring boat services to secure and unsecure any MAI vessels to the preexisting mooring buoy in Argentia, NL, and remain available during the period the vessel is at dockside in case of emergencies requiring release of the vessel from the mooring buoy.Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept quotations in whole or in part. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted. The closing for receipt of quotations will be 14:00 pm Atlantic Time, December 22, 2025.All documents related to the above noted procurement will only be available through the Merx electronic Bid Submission website.Proposals must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS. This will be the only method of responses accepted for consideration. Proposals will not be considered if submitted by fax, email or other open forms of communication. Proposals must be received by the closing date and time.
